By accessing and using the Aussie Bank Statement Converter service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Our Service provides automated conversion of Australian bank statement PDFs to CSV format. We support statements from major Australian banks including Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, and UBank.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including your payment information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We may employ third party services for payment processing. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in pricing, error in your order, or other reasons.
Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Billing cycles are set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through the customer portal or by contacting support@aussiebankstatements.com.
A valid payment method is required to process payment for your subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to your payment method.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.
We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, modify subscription fees. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after subscription fee changes come into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credits are digital products that allow you to process additional pages beyond your subscription limits. Key terms:
Important: Once PAYG credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted to cash value.

Our Service allows you to upload PDF documents for conversion. You are responsible for content that you upload to our Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By uploading content to our Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the content is yours or you have the right to use it, and (ii) uploading your content does not violate the privacy rights, copyrights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
PDF documents uploaded to our Service are processed immediately and deleted. We do not store user uploaded documents.
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD US HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON OUR PART, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
